Florida Museum and Alachua County Library District host ‘NEA Big Read: Lab Blitz’ Sept. 19

The Florida Museum of Natural History and Alachua County Library District will kick off the NEA Big Read series with “Lab Blitz” Sept. 19 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. The NEA Big Read is a series of events building community while lifting the voices of women in science. This FREE virtual event takes attendees behindthescenes and into the labs of four Florida Museum scientists to learn about their experiences as women in STEM and see cool objects from the collections.
