Halloween in this Saturday! Have you decided what you and your kiddos are going to do for the big day? We have all the safe and COVID-19 cautious trick or treating activities in Gainesville for your family.

Please remember to wear masks and practice social distancing while trick or treating! 


Halloween at the Cade

Where: Cade Museum for Creativity & Invention

When: October 31, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Message from the Cade’s Facebook Page: “Come trick-or-treat at the Cade! The Cade will be hosting Halloween activities throughout the museum with prizes and a goodie bag. Free admission for children in costumes. Special gift for members.”


Archer Community Center Trunk or Treat

Where: Family Life Church of God

When: October 31, 6-8 p.m.

Message from the Family Life Church of God’s Facebook Page: “We are excited to take part in this evening of fun and treats for our community. You are cordially invited to bring the family out for an outdoor evening on Saturday, October 31 at the Archer Community Center. Vehicles will be decorated, themed and ready for you to stop by and visit. We will be exercising social distancing and encourage you to wear your mask. Trunk or Treat at Gainesville Harley-Davidson

Where: Gainesville Harley-Davidson

When: October 31, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Old Town, FL will host it’s 4th annual community Trunk or Treat event! Presented by the Dixie Anti-Drug Coalition and the The Old Town Community.


Drive-thru Trick or Treat at Poetic Cuts 

Where: Poetic Cuts, High Springs

When: October 31, 6-8 p.m.

YMCA Drive Thru Trunk or Treat

Where: North Central Florida YMCA

When: October 30, 5-7 p.m.

Message from North Central Florida YMCA Website: “Join us on Friday, October 30th from 5pm-7pm for our annual Trunk or Treat…with a twist! This year we’re doing it drive-thru style. Admission is free with a suggested donation of a non-perishable food item. Those items will be used for our Thanksgiving meal boxes. Don’t forget to participate in our virtual costume contest and trunk decorating contest for a chance to win a FREE 3 Month Family Membership!”
