3 Sweet 4th of July Popsicle Recipes!

Looking for a refreshing snack to make with your kids? Add an extra ‘pop’ to your 4th of July celebration with these easy popsicle recipes!

 

Berry Blast Popsicle

Ingredients: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, coconut water, popsicle molds

Directions:

Cut up strawberries. Drop blueberries, raspberries and pieces of strawberries into popsicle molds. Pour coconut water in mold until full. Place in freezer for several hours or until frozen. Remove from freezer and loosen popsicles from molds.

 

Flag Popsicles 

Ingredients: red Gatorade, blue Gatorade, white Gatorade, popsicle molds

Directions:

Fill up ⅓ of mold with red Gatorade and freeze. Create the second layer with white Gatorade by filling up the next third and freeze. Fill remainder of mold with blue Gatorade and freeze. Remove from freezer and enjoy! 

 

Red, White and Blue Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients: 1 cup cut strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 2 cups greek vanilla yogurt, popsicle molds

Directions:

Create a layer of blueberries in the bottom of the mold. Add a layer of yogurt to create a second layer. Place a few strawberries to create a third layer. Add another layer of yogurt and repeat until mold is full. Freeze. Run mold under warm water to loosen popsicles.
