Free Summer Breakfast and Lunch Program

The Alachua County School board has announced that beginning June 5th, at most locations, any child 18 years old or younger can get a free breakfast and lunch at one of more than 70 locations in Alachua County through the Free Summer Meals program run by Alachua County Public Schools’ Food and Nutrition Department. According to the press release issued on May 25, students DO NOT have to be enrolled at a location to participate, there is no registration to participate and the program is open to any child regardless of family income.

In addition, some sites will also be providing snacks to the students.
