2019 Career Academy Forum is coming!

On November 15 from 6:30 to 8 p.m., current eighth-graders and their families are invited to attend this year’s Career Academy Forum. The annual event, which has drawn crowds of over 700 people, will be held  at Buchholz High School in Gainesville (5510 NW 27 th Avenue). Here, students will be able to view displays and demonstrations along with the opportunity to and speak to teachers and current students from each of the district’s 13 career academies. In addition, they will also be able to learn about the eligibility requirements and application process.

Starting in January, individual career academies will host their own respective open houses in to allow students and families to get a first-hand look at their facilities and programs.
