Embers Wood Grill Wine and Food Festival

Embers Wood Grill and Spark invite you to spend an upscale afternoon indulging in gourmet cuisine, fine wines and live music at our first-ever Embers Wood Grill Wine & Food Festival!

This exciting new event offers guests the rare opportunity to sample more than 275 wines, champagne and liquors that have been personally selected by our certified in-house Sommeliers Ryan Todd and Justin Hall.

Visit the Moet Hennessy Round Room and sip premium Champagnes you’ve never had access to before! Additional Signature Rooms will feature artisan cheeses from around the world, specialty desserts, a seafood and raw bar station and an outdoor grill station, all executed by award-winning Executive Chef Briton Dumas, Sous Chef Jason Lawnicki and the Embers and Spark culinary teams.

Live music will be hosted in two locations; jazz will be played in the main dining room and a live band with a dance floor will be featured outdoors where hundreds of wines and butler-passed hors d’oeuvres will be available.
