Empowered Childbirth Series at Comprehensive Women’s Health

Join Angela Daniels as she teaches this comprehensive childbirth class, teaching you everything you need to know
to feel prepared to birth your baby. This series is especially helpful for women
interested in natural childbirth; however, the information is valuable and
applicable for all birth experiences in any setting. We welcome anyone birthing at
a hospital, at a birthing center, or at home. This Interactive 4 part series covers
everything from anatomy/physiology, stages and phases of labor, all
interventions, pain management, hands on comfort measures and more. Class is
limited to 7 couples to allow for discussion and personal attention.
