Florida Museum hosts ‘Museum in the Parks: Geology’ at Devil’s Millhopper Feb. 3

Learn about Florida’s geological history by exploring collections, hiking and participating in socially distanced activities with Florida Museum of Natural History researchers at Devil’s Millhopper Geological State Park from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 3. Participants will receive a personalized tour of the area, an up-close look at Museum specimens and experts to help identify animals seen during the program. This unique event is best suited for families with children in grades 1-6. Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be implemented.
