Learn about Florida’s reptiles and amphibians by exploring collections, hiking and participating in socially distanced activities with Florida Museum of Natural History researchers at Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Monday, May 17. Participants will receive a personalized tour of the area, an up-close look at Museum specimens and experts to help identify animals seen during the program. This unique event is best suited for families with children in grades 1-6. Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be implemented.
