The Alachua County Library District’s summer program, “Summer with the Library”, will be all online this year. The program will kick off this Friday, May 29.

To start “Summer with the Library”, there will be a Summer Reader Palooza LIVE on Friday on Facebook at 3:30 p.m. Participants of all ages can register for the online summer program at www.aclib.us/summer. After you register, you can track your process with participation badges that can help you win prizes!

“Anyone who registers and earns at least 1 more badge will be entered into the raffle for a tablet. The more badges earned by Aug. 2, the better the chances of winning,” according to the library district. “Three winners will be selected – one child, one teen, and one adult – and will each receive a tablet. Winners will be announced Sept. 1 on Facebook and www.aclib.us.”

Other library programs, like storytimes, will also continue online, and you can keep up with the library’s programs by following the Alachua County Library District’s Facebook page.
