The holidays are all about gathering together with good food and good drinks, but make sure the kids have a special drink so they feel festive, too. Here is a recipe for the perfect Holiday Punch for Kids! You can even let them help you make it!
Kids Holiday Punch
โข 1 bottle cranberry juice
โข 1/4 cup honey
โข 1 orange, zested and juiced
โข 1 lemon, zested
โข 2 cups apple cider
โข 3 whole cloves
โข 1 cinnamon stick
โข 2 tablespoons cinnamon
โข Dash of nutmeg
โข 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
On low heat, add cranberry juice,ย honey and cider t o slow cooker. Stirย until honey is melted through.
Add lemon zest, orange zest and juice to slow cooker. Stir to combine. Add the cloves, nutmeg, apples, cinnamon and cinnamon stick. Simmer in slow cooker for 45 minutes at medium heat. Turn heat to low to keep the holiday punch warm while serving.
Serve warm with whipped cream and garnish with an apple slice. Let the kids enjoy this tasty Holiday Punch!
