One of those organizations is called Bread of the Mighty Food Bank, and you can be apart of its efforts to help feed our community!
Bread of the Mighty Food Bank is a partner distribution organization under Feed America that collects, sorts, stores and distributes donated food and essentials to 190+ non-profit agency partners, according to their website.
Located in Gainesville, they service Alachua, Dixie, Gilchrist, Lafayette and Levy County to provide food to these communities. According to Bread of the Mighty, for every $1 donated, they can provide up to 10 meals.
