Fall flavors are hitting Gainesville menus. Here’s a running roundup of seasonal drinks and specials from local cafes and chains, updated as new ones are announced.

House-made syrups: Pumpkin spice, maple pistachio, butterscotch, caramelized brown sugar, fruity pebbles, vanilla, mocha.
Seasonal drinks:
- Pumpkin Spice Latte — $6.75
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew (cold brew topped with pumpkin cream cold foam) — $6.50
- Butterscotch Latte — $7.25
- Saturday Morning Cartoons (fruity pebbles latte with cold foam and a fruity pebbles garnish) — $7.75
- Slow Burn (caramelized brown sugar with a touch of salt) — $6.75
- Pistachio Maple Matcha Latte — $7
- Study Aide Fruit Cider (caffeinated bubbly fruit refresher) — $5.50/$6
Oat or almond milk add-on: $0.50.
Dunkin’ (all locations)
Dunkin’s fall menu returns nationwide, with pumpkin and new tiramisu-inspired options.
Pumpkin lineup: Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte, Pumpkin Cloud Dunkalatte, Pumpkin Pie Coffee Chiller, Pumpkin Patch Cloud Latte, Nutty Pumpkin Protein Latte.
Pumpkin swirl can also be added to any hot or iced coffee, Cold Brew or espresso drink. Pumpkin Donut, Pumpkin Munchkins and Pumpkin Muffin are back in the bakery case.
New tiramisu collection: Tiramisu Cloud Latte, Tiramisu Shakin’ Espresso, Tiramisu Marshmallow Matcha, Tiramisu Protein Latte.
Also new: Berry Clementine Refresher and Berry Daydream Refresher, both customizable with tea, lemonade, oatmilk, protein milk or sparkling water.
Starbucks (all locations)
Fall menu launches nationwide Aug. 25.
New this year: Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai, Pumpkin Cream Matcha, Chaider, Banana Bread Latte, Banana Bread Chai, Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket, Hedgehog Cake Pop.
Returning: Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, Pumpkin Cream Chai, Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew, Pecan Crunch Latte (hot or iced), Pecan Cortado, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin.
Chick-fil-A (all locations)
New: Chicken & Waffles Sandwich (Original, Spicy or Grilled); S’mores Milkshake (Icedream blended with chocolate shortbread and graham cracker crumbles, marshmallow-flavored syrup and marshmallow-flavored whipped topping); S’mores Frosted Coffee (cold-brewed coffee blended with Icedream, marshmallow-flavored syrup, chocolate shortbread and graham cracker crumbles).
Menu hacks using existing items are circulating too, though these aren’t official items and availability varies by location.
Dairy Queen (all locations)
Official fall lineup launches Aug. 31; Caramel Apple Cheesecake Blizzard is out now.
New: Caramel Apple Cheesecake Blizzard (out now), Brown Sugar Cookie Dough Blizzard, Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, Toasted Marshmallow Mocha Coffee Cooler.
Some locations may also offer custom, off-menu creations like a Pumpkin Moolatte and Caramel Apple Cheesecake Parfait, with Halloween-themed custom items (Spooky Bat Dipped Cone, Spooky Sundae, Ghost Cupcakes) expected closer to October. Availability varies by location.
