The UF Health Bike Rodeo, Safety and Health Fair is April 6!

The University of Florida Health Shands Children’s Hospital is hosting its annual Bike Rodeo, Safety and Health Fair Saturday, April 6! This event is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the UF Health Professional Park, located at 3300 SW Williston Rd, the former Nationwide Insurance building on RTS Route 35.

UF Health Shands Childrens Hospital, the UF Police Department and other community partners will teach visitors how to keep their children safe on their bikes this summer, according to the UF Health website.

At the UF Health Bike Rodeo, your children “will have the opportunity to win one of many free bicycles,” according to UF Health. Additionally, visitors can enjoy music, refreshments play interactive games and ride through the bike obstacle course. Children can also and participate in the hands-on learning Touch a Truck activity and explore emergency vehicles and pedestrian safety.
